Due to the collectible nature and market volatility of trading card products, all sales are final on:
Trading card singles
Booster packs and booster boxes
Sealed TCG products
This policy protects both our customers and our business from product tampering and market price fluctuations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and offer a replacement (if available) or refund as appropriate.
Non-Card Merchandise (Sleeves, Accessories, etc.)
Unused and unopened accessories may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error.
Items must be:
Unopened
In original condition
Returned in protective packaging
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
